Update - We are continuing to experience intermittent issues affecting a small subset of clinicians due to an issue with a third-party vendor. Our team is in ongoing communication with the vendor and is working in parallel to assess whether any mitigation or resolution can be implemented on Axuall’s side. Updates will be shared via StatusPage and the Axuall Admin Center, with the next scheduled update provided by end of business today, Monday, December 29.
